Types of Massage
We offer Swedish massage, a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you. We also offer Deep Tissue massage. This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries. We can couple Reike (healing energy touch) and Reflexology (the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears) with our massages for a complete a well-being package.
